I've just re-watched a documentary I found about 6 months ago & I find it so profound and moving I need to park it here.
The film is made by documentary maker and former Psychotherapist, Daniel Mackler and can be viewed on his website or You Tube for free:
Wild Truth: healing from childhood trauma
I'm such a big fan of Daniel's work and his talent for spreading information through watchable documentaries & I'll probably post a few more of his films in the future.
But you don't have to be diagnosed with Schizophrenia or know someone with the condition to benefit from the massive amount of useful information in this film. If you're taking anti-psychotic medication, then you'll find this a real eye-opener too.
